American Jews Election Debate 08

Watch part of the "American Jews: Red or Blue?" Debate arranged by Gratz College and the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. Taking place at Har Zion Temple in Penn Hills and covered exclusively by Shalom TV, the examination of Jewish concerns in the presidential race (and, specifically, the differences between senators Barack Obama and John McCain) was led by Ira Forman of the National Jewish Democratic Council and Matt Brooks of the Jewish Republican Coalition. Shalom TV is an American Jewish cable television network carried nationwide on Comcast, as well as on Time Warner Cable of New York and New Jersey, Verizon FiOS TV, MetroCast Cablevision, Service Electric, and Blue Ridge systems. The free network is now available in more than 20 million homes in the US.
