While many people strive for luxury, one Jewish billionaire from Israel caused a stir when he announced he would be moving into an orphanage.

The Sami Shamoon Academic College of Engineering in the city of Beer Sheva is the biggest college of engineering in Israel. It is just one of many schools and Jewish institutions donated by billionaire Sami Shamoon. Mr. Shamoon explains his philosophy.

The orphanage will include facilities like a library, a fitness room, computer classes, a health center, and a conference hall - all equipped with the latest technological innovations.
